Do I need to come to the Belterra Park Hiring Center to apply for a job?

The Hiring Center has computers available to applicants who do not have Internet access. At this time there is no competitive advantage to applying on site; all candidates are given equal consideration based on the leadership roles we are interviewing for. Come February we will give the option for applicants who stop by or apply on site will be reviewed on-site immediately and potentially given the option for an interview.


If I come to the Belterra Park Hiring Center, will I get a job interview?

At this time only candidates who are pre-scheduled for an interview will receive one. Selected applicants will be invited via e-mail to pick a time to schedule themselves for the first step of the interview process called a “Cultural Audition.” The Cultural Audition is a panel interview that will determine if the candidate is a good fit for becoming a Belterra Park team member. Candidates who pass the Cultural Audition will be moved forward to interview with the hiring manager for the position for which they applied.

Currently walk-in applicants will not be invited to join a Cultural Audition without first having their application reviewed by a Talent Specialist and being invited via email.

All hourly paid Team Members, supervisors and some salaried paid positions must go through the Cultural Audition process.

Manager and Director level candidates will interview with the hiring manager and potentially with additional Executive Leader(s).


Do I need an appointment to come and apply?

Applicants can stop by the Belterra Park Hiring Center any time during open hours, no appointment necessary.


Can I apply for more than one position?

Applicants are allowed to apply for up to 3 positions at once. As their applications for each of these positions are reviewed and moved through the screening process, applicants will be able to apply for more positions.


Can I drop off my resume?

Although, applicants are not able to drop off a paper copy of their resume, they are able to upload a resume to the online application; however uploading a resume is not a requirement.

Applicants who come to the Belterra Park Hiring Center to apply for a job MUST BRING A RESUME IN A FLASH DRIVE to upload it to the application. Only electronic versions of resumes will be accepted during the application process. Applicants may choose to bring a paper resume if they are invited for an individual interview.


When will more jobs be posted?

More positions will be posted online in early February. Hourly and Part time positions will start to be available at this time.


Will you have career fairs?

We look forward to being visible in the Anderson, Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky marketplaces. Applicants who visit us at a career fair will receive the same consideration as those who apply online. Check back for dates on our website.
